This contemporary Medical / Tech park includes a 17K sq ft main building and three additional buildings. This LEED certified facility is constructed of ICFS ( insulated concrete forming system) and a cladding material called TRESPA, a decorative high-pressure laminate (HPL) with a compact integral surface, resulting in an innovative and energy saving façade. Locally quarried flagstone columns integrated with clean geometric forms result in a highly functional, well-integrated development for the burgeoning Tucson Medical /Tech community.
