Skyline Esplanade is a ‘Hacienda style’ office complex incorporating nine buildings with a fusion of contemporary/classic façade elements. Each of the nine buildings is unique and yet shares the same materials and massing components. Old World chinked clay tile roofs mixed with modern perforated metal awnings, aluminum powder coated windows mixed with rough cut stone and adobe looking masonry. Located in the heart of Tucson’s prestigious Foothills area with scenic city and mountain views, the offices at Skyline Esplanade are as luxurious as they are functional. The project has proved to be one of the most successful in Tucson and sets the standard for upscale suburban office design.
